| TERMS OF BUSINESS (B & B) |
| To confirm a B&B booking a deposit of the first
nights accommodation must be paid in full and received within 7 days,
otherwise we may re-let the room. In a case of a cancellation the
deposit will be refunded, if the accommodation can be re-let. Guests
are reminded that once a deposit is paid, they are liable, in case
of cancellation, to pay for the whole balance due if we are unable
to re-let the room(s). |

| We, the owners, shall not be liable to you
or any member of your party for any loss, damage or injury however
caused. |
| Please Note: Cadson Manor does not have the facilites to cater for children, adults only. |
| TERMS OF BUSINESS (Self Catering) |

| Reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of
30% of the full tariff, with the balance payable at least 4 weeks
before the holiday commences. The deposit is non-returnable in the
event of a cancellation unless we are able to re-let the accommodation.
A proposal form for cancellation insurance is available on request. |
| The full tariff is payable on reservations made
4 weeks or less before arrival. |
| The accommodation will be ready for you from 1600
hours (4pm) on the day booked for your arrival until 1000 (10am) on
the day of your departure. |
| Any breakages, loss or damage must be reported
and paid for. It will be appreciated if you leave the accommodation
clean and tidy. |
| Use of telephone in the main house
will be charged at cost. We, the owners, shall not be liable to you
or any member of your party for any loss, damage or injury however
caused. |
| Please note that we operate a non-smoking policy. |

| THE COUNTRYSIDE CODE |
| This is a lovely countryside. To keep it that way
please observe the Country Code (as we ourselves do) |
- Guard against all risk of fire.
- Fasten all gates.
- Leave no litter.
- Keep dogs under proper control.
- Keep to paths across farmland, or walk close to the hedge if
possible.
- Avoid damaging fences, hedges, walls, animals or crops.
- Safeguard water supplies.
- Protect wildlife, plants and trees.
- Go carefully on country roads.
- Respect the life of the countryside.
